You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Returned in its original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does it take for the grass to grow?
Under normal indoor conditions, the seeds usually begin to sprout within 3–5 days and reach a good height for your cat to enjoy in 7–10 days.
Is the grass safe for all cats?
Yes! The included premium cat grass seeds are specially selected for cats and are completely safe when grown as directed.
Can I reuse the coconut coir after the grass is gone?
Yes. You can grow another batch of grass in the same coconut coir, although results may vary. For the healthiest and fastest growth, we recommend replacing the coconut coir after a couple of growing cycles.
How many times can I grow grass with one kit?
Each kit includes enough seeds for 3 full growing cycles.
Can kittens eat cat grass?
Yes. Cat grass is generally safe for kittens as well as adult cats. If your kitten is very young, it's always a good idea to introduce new foods gradually and consult your veterinarian if you have any concerns.
